Post secondary education or diploma. A focus in Business or Accounting is considered an asset or an equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training. 3+ years of experience with either Business/Commercial lending, loan administration or Financial Institution experience. Proficient in financial analysis and interpretation of financial statements Strong technical proficiencies, including G-Suite programs, and the ability to quickly learn various other technical programs such as TRBK and CRM Client obsessed, performance driven team player with a track record of success, focused on belonging, growth, and continuous improvement Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and cross functional teams Highly organized with effective listening abilities, combined with keen attention to detail and strong problem solving skills to effectively manage priorities and navigate complex situations.
