- Customer Journey: Map out and improve the customer journey to elevate satisfaction as measured through our Net Promoter Score.
- Insurance Expertise: 4+ years of experience in commercial insurance.
- Leadership Background: 8+ years of experience in an insurance management role.
- Leading Leaders: Proven experience in a "leader of leaders" role, with a focus on mentoring and developing management-level staff.
- Service Background: A strong background in high-level customer service with a track record of improving team-wide service metrics.
- High-Velocity Environment: Proven experience leading teams in a high-speed, high-ticket, or high-volume service environment. You're comfortable making quick decisions where the stakes are high and the pace is fast.
- Strategic Growth: The ability to drive process improvements and deliver growth in line with business goals and KPIs.
- Licensing: A valid RIBO license is required.
- Industry Designations: CIP, CRM, or CAIB designations are preferred but not required.
