We train our caregivers to provide skilled, compassionate, ethical, and confidential care to our clients. Applicants should reside in proximity to and be willing to travel within Stewiacke and the surrounding area.Responsibilities include:
  • Providing support for activities of daily living, respite care, dementia care.
  • Providing personal care assistance, as needed, for activities such as showering, sponge baths, dressing, toileting, grooming/hygiene, preparing meals, and monitoring medications.
  • Assisting clients and/or their caregivers with their errands (for example accompanying the client to the grocery store and/or medical appointments).
  • Assisting clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment with routine housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, laundry, etc..
  • Reporting with care notes,
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation (own insured car) to enable travel to various homes within Stewiacke and the surrounding area
  • CPR and/or First Aid Certification
  • Clear Criminal Background Check
