- Build and manage an annual Canadian retail marketing calendar including product launches, shop-in-shops, exclusives, activations, and key seasonal moments.
- Partner closely with the Sales Team, Account Managers, and small business retailers across the country to ensure alignment on marketing priorities.
- Create and deliver marketing toolkits, catalogues, sell-in decks, and POS materials tailored to Canadas retail landscape.
- Coordinate with the UK brand, creative, PR, and social teams to execute global campaigns at a regional level.
- Maintain strong relationships with national retailers and support communication around account changes, exclusives, and product drops.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of regional retail marketing initiatives and use insights to optimize future activities.
- Support budgeting for Canadian marketing efforts and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Travel 2030% to visit shop-in-shops and retail partners in Toronto, Vancouver, and Montréal.
- 58 years of experience in retail marketing, wholesale marketing, or brand marketing within a premium or design-led company.
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape.
- Experience producing marketing materials such as toolkits, catalogues, sales decks, and promotional assets.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed global organization with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence presenting to senior leaders.
- A proactive, flexible, collaborative approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment where processes are still being built.
- French-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.
- Retail environments or retail-driven brands.
- Multi-market marketing teams requiring collaboration across countries.

- Compensation: $90,000$115,000 CAD + discretionary annual bonus
- Travel: Up to 2030% across Canada
