As a senior data and AI governance and valorization advisor, you serve as an expert advisor and strategic reference on data and artificial intelligence governance documents, standards and practices. In this role, you document data and artificial intelligence governance frameworks for the life and health insurance and wealth management sectors. You make sure they’re strategically aligned and compliant throughout their life cycle, as well as ensuring they’re traceable. You also make sure these frameworks can be applied to modern IT environments such as cloud platforms, data products, advanced analytics and AI. You serve as a key liaison between central governance teams, business teams, data and AI teams, and partners in risk, compliance and IT architecture. Consequently, you help improve organizational maturity in data governance, quality, traceability and valorization. More specifically, you will be required to:Develop, maintain and update data management rules, standards and processes to ensure consistency across the organization and throughout their life cycle.Define clear roles and responsibilities for data governance stakeholders (owners, stewards and custodians) and help implement effective decision-making and coordination mechanisms.Work with the IT architecture teams to set clear expectations for governing and managing data environments, access, classification and protection.Identify discrepancies between current practices and requirements, recommend corrective measures and help implement controls.Establish indicators and monitoring tools to assess maturity, prioritize improvement initiatives and support reporting, audits and maturity assessments.What we offer*Competitive salary and annual bonus4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first yearDefined benefit pension plan that provides predictable, stable income throughout retirementGroup insurance including telemedicineReimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment
