- Timely completion of monthly/quarterly/annual reporting

- Serve as the primary finance partner to the Commercial teams within Indigo
- Prepare and present monthly business reviews, highlighting key trends, variances, risks, and opportunities. Provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain complex models to evaluate business cases, assess ROI, and support decision-making for strategic projects
- Lead monthly forecasting and budgeting processes across Indigo
- Manage the creation of executive materials for the CFO in support of monthly, quarterly and year-end financial updates
- Lead the end-to-end capital investment process, including business case development, prioritization, and post-investment review. Partner with stakeholders to evaluate and track key investments across the organization.
- Act as a coach to all financial analysts on the team for both direct and indirect reporting relationships
- Prepare ad hoc financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to business partners
- Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all design and decision-making processes
- Proactively identify and anticipate customer expectations and needs
- Embrace and seek out technology that creates high tech and high touch solutions for Indigo’s customers

- University degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in finance, including experience in budgeting, reporting and data management
- CPA designation
- Exceptional skills in the areas of financial analysis, budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis
- Proficient using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to think big picture, conduct the right level of analysis depending on the requirements, and provide actionable insights
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to operate at all levels of an organization
- Experience recruiting, training and managing financial analytic staff
- User of SAP, BW and Hyperion an asset
- Retail industry experience an asset
