- Southwest Ontario (Hamilton, Kitchener, Guelph, etc.)
- 3–5+ years of outside industrial sales experience
- Steel distribution experience strongly preferred
- Industrial sales background required
- Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience
- Average Computer Skills
- MS Office
- Zoom/Teams: Basic
- CRM System: Intermediate
- Owner-Operators (approximately 70%)
- Purchasing Managers / Agents (approximately 30%)
- Small to mid-sized industrial businesses
- Construction, agriculture, mining, fabrication and light manufacturing sectors
Average revenue by customer is $50,000 – $100,000 annually

- Submit reports on market trends and customer feedback
- Drive commercial sales and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the inside sales team on quotes and follow-ups
- 3 months in-office product training
- 3 months of field shadowing
