- Client is looking for an Associate Social Media Strategist, Amplification, to work alongside a team of strategists, account managers, designers and content experts to develop and execute best-in-class amplification strategy across client’s social media channels. This position is an integral part of the team and will contribute to strategically amplifying social media content to increase visibility and achieve measurable success.
- The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience across different digital touchpoints. There is opportunity for FTE. There are great experts in the firm the candidate can learn from, but will also be encouraged to have strong social acumen, experience, and curiosity.
- Champion a client-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Be accountable for supporting the implementation and optimization of client’s Social Media strategy across markets.
- Define relevant social media KPIs, measure, analyze, and report ongoing performance for future optimizations.
- Oversee the amplification of social media content, including paid media strategy and execution across channels.
- Work with social media strategists and multi-media designers to ensure strong content amplification performance.
- Strong understanding of both organic and paid social media strategy/practices to ensure content delivery is timely, well-optimized, and targeted to relevant audience.
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices, partners, trends, tools and technology.
- Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas in accordance with client’s Values, its Code of Conduct, and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions, and conduct risk.
- Champions a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment.
- 2+ years of experience in social media strategy, agency or brand side
- Deep understanding of social media measurement and reporting best practices
- Experience managing paid social media campaigns for a brand across channels including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
- Strong communication skills are required
- Familiarity with social media paid acquisition
- Experience with social publishing platforms, social analytics tools, and budget management
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Curiosity and a desire to grow within the Bank
- Organization and time management skills
- Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or relevant field
- The strongest candidates are those with true hands‑on organic and paid social experience, including social boosting and amplification. Community management or paid media experience outside of social isn’t relevant for this role. We are also not looking for graphic designers or design‑focused profiles.
