- Loblaws: 200 Earl Grey Drive, Kanata, ON K2T 1B6 | 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Prepare sushi and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain accurate logs.
- Track daily production and assist in kitchen operations.
- Receive, check, and organize inventory, and assist with ordering.
- Work closely with store staff and management to ensure smooth sushi bar operations.
- Use Bento operations tools to update production, inventory, and other data.
- Maintain Bento customer experience standards.
- Food service experience required; sushi experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Comfortable using basic technology for communication and training.
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg (45 lbs).
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Food Handler Certification is an asset.
- Full-Time/Part-Time starting immediately at $17.60/hour.
