This role offers the opportunity to make an impact, streamline processes, and support the business as it continues to grow, all while maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life.Controller responsibilities:
Oversee full cycle accounting and financial reporting
Manage month end and year end close processes
Supervise and support accounts payable and accounts receivable staff
Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial records
Prepare financial statements and provide insights to leadership
Develop and improve internal controls and accounting processes
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementThe successful candidate has:
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
CPA designation
Experience managing or mentoring accounting staff
Strong knowledge of full cycle accounting and financial reporting
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environmentCompensation and benefits:
The discussed salary range is $100,000 $130,000 depending on experience
Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
