- Oversee full project lifecycles, ensuring work is completed according to client expectations, engineering requirements, and industry standards
- Build and grow the organization's presence in the regional market through networking and business development efforts
- Manage contract negotiations and maintain productive relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Provide technical oversight through the review of engineering drawings and guidance to junior and peer engineers
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently and timelines are met
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment
- Ensure strict adherence to safety practices, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance processes
- Monitor project financial performance, track costs, and prepare reporting as required
- Integrate sustainable engineering practices and innovative solutions into project planning and execution
- Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering with a P.Eng designation
- 8+ years of leadership experience in civil construction or geotechnical project environments
- Proven ability to manage large or complex projects from planning to completion
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and pursue business development opportunities
- Commitment to high-quality work, safety excellence, and continuous improvement
- Ability to mentor technical and project staff to support long‑term team development
