We are seeking a Senior Estimator with expertise in the ICI sector to join a growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate cost estimates and supporting construction projects from conception to completion.

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for ICI construction projects, including labour, materials, and equipment.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary project information.
Maintain and update cost databases to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks through thorough analysis and planning.
Negotiate and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
Prepare and submit tenders and proposals within specified deadlines.
Ensure adherence to company standards and industry best practices in all estimating activities.

Strong knowledge of the ICI construction industry and related building practices in both ground up work and interior renovations.
Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools.
Experience in class A, B, C, D estimates.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with civil projects.
A relevant post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
