- Support the development of strategic communications, presentations, and materials for project initiatives and organizational priorities.
- Coordinate and lead content creation for project videos, workshops, and engagement activities to enhance team visibility and alignment.
- Manage communication channels including intranet, Viva Engage, SharePoint sites, and email to ensure timely and effective dissemination of information.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with corporate branding and strategy.
- Track and report on communication and engagement metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications or related fields, with a strong emphasis on strategic messaging and content development.
- University degree or diploma in Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional writing, presentation development, and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, with the ability to produce compelling presentations.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
