Job DescriptionWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?The Enterprise Resiliency Tools team manages multiple complex enterprise-wide applications as part of RBC’s observability strategy. They plan to grow and mature this offering to underpin resiliency across all RBC applications and infrastructure. In this role you will be responsible for managing the IT Risk, Supplier Risk, and Model/AI Risk functions as they related to the Observability Tool Set. The role will coordinate with all Risk centers of guidance to ensure we are complaint with all requirements. This includes up-to-date documentation for Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, AI/Model Risk, Third Party Risk, and Supplier Management.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Develop documents for IT applications to meet Audit and Regulatory RequirementsTrack and drive the delivery of audit items.Work closely with IT Subject Matter Experts and other technology staff to deliver risk and regulatory asks.Vendor & Supplier Risk Management, lead end-to-end lifecycle management of vendor contracts, including drafting, renewal, and compliance tracking.Oversee third-party risk assessments, ensuring adherence to enterprise Supplier Risk and Third-Party risk standards.Maintain contractual performance metrics and facilitate quarterly business reviews with key vendors.Liaise with procurement, legal, and risk teams to ensure governance of vendor applications.Navigate the bank's enterprise AI safe adoption framework for tools, features, and models within the resiliency/observability domain.Partner with AI and Model Risk teams to qualify new models, track and report on model performance, and ensure adherence to evolving regulations and internal policyWHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Must have:Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills.Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities.A strong understanding of technology for the financial industry.Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Able to work independently and gather information through research and leveraging internal electronic resources.Nice-to-have:Background in IT Risk and Regulatory for Financial Institution.Executive/Stakeholder communication experience.Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses.What’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
