GTA + Travel to Peterborough & Hamilton | Compensation: $70,000–$115,000A reputable ICI General Contractor specializing in healthcare projects is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee work on active institutional builds. While the firm operates primarily across the GTA, current projects include work in Peterborough and the Hamilton area. Travel is compensated.About the Role:
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a Superintendent who can take control of job sites and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of healthcare-related construction projects. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in ICI construction, ideally with previous experience in hospitals, medical clinics, or similar environments.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day site operations for institutional and healthcare construction projectsCoordinate trades, site staff, and inspections to maintain safety, timelines, and qualityEnsure compliance with project specs, health regulations, and safety protocolsReport progress to the PM team and flag delays or issues proactivelyRepresent the company professionally with clients and consultantsQualifications:5+ years’ experience as a Site Superintendent in the ICI sectorPrior experience on healthcare or institutional projects preferredStrong leadership, communication, and coordination skillsValid driver’s license and flexibility to travel within Southern Ontario
