Job Description:This is an active contract position with one of clients based in Markham, Ontario. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly efficient Data Reporting Analyst to support data extraction, reporting, and operational coordination. This role is responsible for extracting data from ERP systems, preparing accurate reports in Excel, and managing communication and follow-ups with stakeholders, including senior leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong attention to detail, organization, and speed of execution.Key Responsibilities· Extract and export data from ERP systems for reporting purposes· Compile, organize, and analyze large datasets using Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, data formatting)· Create and prepare structured reporting files for review and approval· Validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency· Coordinate with stakeholders to review reports and obtain approvals· Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership· Distribute finalized reports and ensure timely delivery· Perform follow-ups to track approvals, responses, and outstanding items· Maintain organized documentation of reports and related communications· Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and workflow processesRequirements:Qualifications & Skills· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, administration, or related field· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, VLOOKUP, formatting)· Experience working with ERP-generated reports or data preferred· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy· Strong organizational and time management skills· Effective written and verbal communication skills· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment· Work Allocation: 80% data preparation and reporting, 20% communication and follow-upOur specialized recruiting professionals apply their expertise and utilize our proprietary AI to find you great job matches faster.
