Client Location: Toronto (Onsite: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.About the EngagementAkkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Leader to provide strategic leadership, oversight, and execution on complex I+IT initiatives within large Public Sector environments. The consultant will oversee high-impact projects involving advanced telecommunications, radio systems, audio-visual integrations, VoIP solutions, and enterprise-wide infrastructure upgrade programs supporting public safety operations.ScopePlan and lead projects within multi-ministry/multi-year initiatives involving complex network architecture, telecommunications, radio, VoIP, and audio/visual systemsManage client relationships and partnerships across business areas and technical stakeholdersLead project teams and guide AV/I+IT solution integration for business planning and improvementDevelop project charters, master project plans, goals, deliverables, and scope definitions.Assignment DeliverablesProject Charter and Kick-Off documentationProcurement planning (hardware, software, IP circuits, bandwidth)Risk assessment and communication plansWork Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project schedule.Expertise RequiredMust Have:7+ years senior leadership/director-level experience delivering technology projects for the Public Sector environment.Demonstrated ability to translate technical information into executive-level presentations, briefing notes, and issue synthesesDirect business leadership experience supporting policies and technical knowledge of radio and/or telecommunications systems in a public-safety environment.Nice to Have:Familiarity with public safety radio systems, tower infrastructure, or mission-critical telecommunications environments.Prior involvement delivering projects that include facilities work, construction, infrastructure fit-outs, or AV system integration.Security ClearanceRequired.ImportantThis is a business-to-business engagement.
