- Work with the Director of Fitness and Manager of Fitness Operations to shape annual RIDE Studio programming and operational plans aligned with S&T's business objectives.
- Provide insight into scheduling, class styles, and performance to support budget planning.
- Use attendance, capacity, and guest feedback data to identify trends and inform improvements.
- Support evaluation and rollout of systems, tools, and processes that enhance efficiency and guest experience.
- Lead weekly operations for all RIDE Studio programming across locations, ensuring dependable execution and high standards
- Own schedule performance & integrity, instructor coverage, and studio operations & readiness
- Uphold operational procedures and performance expectations across all RIDE Studio programming
- Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring & tracking of KPIs and quality measures, addressing opportunities and solving challenges proactively
- Partner with the Manager of Fitness Operations to align RIDE Studio performance with financial and guest experience goals
- Oversee recruitment, auditions, onboarding, and development of RIDE instructors to ensure alignment with S&T brand expectations
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to support instructor growth
- Perform structured class audits at a performance-based cadence to ensure execution of brand standards and guest experience, maintain connection, and accelerate development
- Run regular instructor meetings and trainings to drive quality, consistency and connection
- Cultivate a supportive, unified instructor culture anchored in S&T values
- Design, evolve, and codify RIDE Studio programming to ensure consistency in standards and delivery across classes and instructors
- Collaborate with Marketing and Events teams to develop workshops, themed classes, and community-building initiatives
- Serve as the central point of contact for the RIDE Studio, maintaining strong communication with instructors, operations teams, and leadership
- Work in partnership with other Heads of Studio to optimize business performance and company goals, align standards, elevate instructor performance, and maintain an exceptional guest experience.
- Provide daily updates, insights, and recommendations to the Director of Fitness and Manager of Fitness Operations
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Events teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives.
- Teach classes as appropriate to business needs and priorities, using teaching moments to model excellence and lead by example
- Champion the S&T brand, team values, and guest experience, ensuring every class reflects the brand's mission and standards
- Monitor FitGrid ratings, guest feedback, and NPS to identify strengths and improvement opportunities
- Evaluate new tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance the guest experience
- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and collaboration across the RIDE Studio team
- Recognize strong performance and drive continuous development through structured feedback loops
- Participate in and promote DEI initiatives to support inclusive programming and team practices
- Lead with empathy, integrity, and consistency, ensuring all actions reflect S&T's values and elevate the environment for instructors and guests

- Proven track record as an industry-leading group fitness instructor in RIDE

- Base salary $100,000 - $110,000 per annum dependent on experience
