  • Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations for Wholesale Distribution and Manufacturing clients, focusing on complex, customized solutions.
  • Design and configure WMS, Manufacturing Mobile, WIP & Routing, and other advanced NetSuite modules to optimize business processes.
  • Gather and translate complex business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions beyond out-of-the-box configurations.
  • Provide strategic guidance on inventory management, warehouse operations, production planning, and supply chain workflows.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define custom scripts, integrations, and automation as needed.
  • Train end-users, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to internal best practices.
  • Ensure successful project execution by managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in the manufacturing or distribution sector with a deep understanding of industry processes.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, managing and mentoring teams of consultants.
  • Led 25+ full-cycle NetSuite implementations from discovery to go-live.
