- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple business and governance-focused initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, task sequencing, and dependencies across workstreams.
- Take ownership of small to mid-sized initiatives from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Drive go-live readiness activities, ensuring deliverables, resources, and dependencies are fully aligned.
- Develop project charters, governance frameworks, and foundational documentation for new initiatives.
- Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making structures.
- Translate high-level executive direction (e.g., briefings or knowledge transfers) into structured plans, materials, and next steps with minimal oversight.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive progress and accountability.
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure outcomes and decisions are clearly documented.
- Provide concise, executive-level status reporting, including progress updates, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Lead resource planning and coordination across multiple initiatives.
- Focus on operational readiness, capacity planning, and execution sequencing, with limited emphasis on budget management.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and interdependencies, and drive resolution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, artifacts, and reporting in collaboration and project management tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, Excel, or similar).
- Ensure project information is current, transparent, and accessible to stakeholders.
- 5-8 years of experience in a Project Manager or similar delivery-focused role.
- Demonstrated experience leading business, governance, or operational initiatives in structured project environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with senior and executive audiences.
- Proven ability to operate independently with minimal direction and drive initiatives forward.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience developing project charters, governance models, and executive-ready documentation.
- Familiarity with common project management methodologies and tools.
