Job Title: BIM ModelerIndustry: Building and ConsultingOur client is a leading firm in the building and consulting industry, renowned for delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to our clients. They have a diverse portfolio in commercial, residential, institutional, and healthcare projects.As a BIM (Building Information Modeling) Modeler, you will utilize Revit and AutoCAD to assist on projects. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop BIM models that accurately reflect project requirements and design intent
  • Create and manage 3D models using BIM software to produce architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) drawings
  • Perform clash detection analysis to identify and resolve design conflicts, ensuring constructability and coordination among different building systems.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to BIM technology and implementation, incorporating advancements into project workflows.
  • Collaborate with project teams to implement BIM processes and standards, promoting efficiency and consistency across projects.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Participate in project meetings, reviews, and coordination efforts to support the successful execution of projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or similar role
  • Proficiency in BIM Revit and AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing design challenges.
