· Review and confirm product specifications and requirements with clients and internal teams
· Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
· Manage and track shop drawing and finish approvals
· Provide status updates to clients and anticipate potential delays or issues
· Coordinate with overseas suppliers to ensure production timelines are met
· Maintain detailed documentation and records of all project milestones
· Collaborate closely with our production, design, and logistics teamsRequirements:· 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in a product-based or manufacturing environment
· Experience working with imported goods and overseas suppliers
· Strong written communication skills—especially via email with clients
· Highly organized and detail-oriented
· Comfortable managing multiple projects at various stages
· Experience with Microsoft Excel
· Experience in the hospitality industry or custom products is an asset
French is not a necessity for this position as the Project Manager will be working with Canadian and US clients
