We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facility Caretaker to maintain the cleanliness and to take care of equipment in the our club (gym + swimming pool) location North Vancouver.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a presence in the facility and serve as a welcoming point of contact for gym users.
  • Clean up and put equipment away after usage.
  • Educate facility users about rules and guidelines.
  • Ensure that locker and shower rooms are clean and maintained.
  • Verify that the pool and hot tub are in proper working order.
Complete the Connect Team Report, including:
  • Perform a security sweep of the facility.
  • Confirm that the facility is vacant at closing time.
  • Submit photos at the end of the day (11 PM) confirming that:
- The gym facility is vacant.- Any equipment issues are reported.- Locker rooms and showers are clean.- The pool and hot tub are in good working order and clean.Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Hands-on approach to facility cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Strong computer skills to manage reporting and digital systems used for daily tasks.
