As a Parts Supervisor, you’ll lead a team responsible for parts functions, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a role for you!For this position, the expected base salary range is between $85,000 and $100,000 annually. We also offer additional incentives such as an annual bonus and premium for certain shifts.Job Description:
  • Ensure accurate and timely procurement of parts for all customers.
  • Plan, organize, and schedule daily and weekly workloads and personnel assignments.
  • Provide training and support for all parts functions as required.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, delivering superior service.
  • Facilitate change management in a demanding, customer-focused environment.
  • Identify and implement improvements to internal parts systems and processes.
  • Conduct daily safety talks and regular department meetings to reinforce compliance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Day-to-Day Activities:
  • Supervise parts staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Review and approve parts orders for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct safety talks and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a leadership role, preferably in parts.
  • Previous experience in a customer facing sales role or related environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills to foster positive employee engagement.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, Outlook, and Word.

  • This position is based out of our Kamloops location.
  • Permanent, full-time role.
  • Monday – Friday, 5x2 schedule.
