- Plan, organize, and schedule daily and weekly workloads and personnel assignments.
- Provide training and support for all parts functions as required.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, delivering superior service.
- Facilitate change management in a demanding, customer-focused environment.
- Identify and implement improvements to internal parts systems and processes.
- Conduct daily safety talks and regular department meetings to reinforce compliance and engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise parts staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Review and approve parts orders for accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct safety talks and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Experience in a leadership role, preferably in parts.
- Previous experience in a customer facing sales role or related environment.
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills to foster positive employee engagement.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- This position is based out of our Kamloops location.
- Permanent, full-time role.
- Monday – Friday, 5x2 schedule.
