Apply today!Job DetailsCe poste est basé à Saint-Laurent, au QuébecPrincipales Fonctions Et Responsabilités:Gérer l'équipe existante pour les opérations reliées aux programmes de services spécialisésDiriger les efforts de l'équipe qui développe les plans de projet pour le propriétaire d'entreprise et gérer les données financières du département en collaboration avec les finances et le client respectifs; y compris la gestion des budgets.Responsable de la gestion du client au jour le jourParticiper aux séances de planification stratégique et tactiqueFaire des recommandations pour l'élaboration de stratégies à long termePrésenter des plans stratégiques et opérationnels pour le développement des principales unités d'affaires, la croissance et la rentabilité continues de la compagnieEntreprendre le rôle principal dans l'établissement/l'attribution de la mise en œuvre de la gestion de comptes de manière appropriéeÉvaluer et élaborer des plans d'amélioration, pour la gestion et les opérations des services spécialisésDiriger la rédaction de propositions, de contrats, de présentations aux clients, et des prixÉtablir des plans d'affaires, des objectifs et des stratégies de mise en œuvre des programmes intégrés opérant dans les services spécialisés, y compris les flux de processus, la structure organisationnelle, le budget, l'affectation des ressources et le suivi de la productivité et des améliorations.Responsable de la gestion des talents, la motivation d'équipes et les stratégies de développement de carrièreResponsable de signaler tous les événements indésirables aux départements concernés.Effectuer les tâches connexes assignées.This role is based in Saint-Laurent, QCPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:Manage the existing team for operations related to Specialty Services ProgramsDirect the efforts of the team developing project plans for the business owner and manage the financials of the department in conjunction with the finance and respective client; including reporting of budgets to Senior Director.Responsible for the day to day management of the clientParticipate in strategic and tactical planning sessionsMake recommendations in the development of long-term strategiesPresent strategic and operational plans for the development of key business units, continued company growth and profitabilityUndertake the primary role in establishing/assigning appropriate account management implementationAssess and develop improvement plans for the Specialty Services management & operationsIn conjunction with Senior Director and other department leads - proposal writing, contracting, client presentations, and pricingEstablish Business Plans, objectives and implementation strategies for integrated programs operating in the Specialty Services, including process flows, organizational structure, budgeting, resource allocation, and productivity tracking and improvements.Responsible for Talent Management, Motivating Teams and Career Development StrategiesResponsible to report all Adverse Events to the assigned units/departmentsPerforms related duties as assigned.Expérience Et Niveau D'Éducation Requis:
  • Diplôme universitaire dans le domaine applicable;

  • Leader dynamique qui peut stimuler des équipes de travail multidisciplinaires pour apprendre et appliquer de nouvelles compétences et/ou techniques pour répondre aux besoins d'affaires
  • Connaissance du service complet des programmes de centres d'appels, un atout

  • Capacité à interpréter des données financières et gérer un budget
  • Solide expérience en gestion de la clientèle/du client
  • Compétences en gestion de projets exceptionnelle avec expérience dans l'organisation, la planification et l'exécution de projets, de la vision à la mise en Å“uvre
  • Bonnes capacités d'analyse, de conception et de résolution de problèmes avec des antécédents prouvés dans le développement de nouveaux concepts pour divers projets
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches le long d'un processus parallèle
  • Solides capacités de prise de décisions
  • Compétences en pensée critique, solutions créatives et innovantes aux besoins des clients internes ou externes
  • Forte connaissance de l'industrie et des affaires d'entreprise
  • Penseur stratégique avec une expérience de la planification à long terme
  • Capacité à communiquer efficacement oralement et par écrit, en français et en anglais
  • Posséder de solides compétences interpersonnelles et de leadership, être en mesure de développer et de faire croître les talents

Experience and Educational Requirements:
  • University degree in applicable field;
Requires broad knowledge and training in the fields of business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or similar vocationsRequires a minimum Seven (7) years of experience with at least 5 years in a progressive management roleA minimum experience in the pharmaceutical industry is requiredGeneral knowledge of reimbursement, patient assistance programs, database elements and functionality; operational policies and processesUnderstand the technology’s direction, trends and strategic business impact on key client initiativesDynamic leader who can energize multidiscipline work teams to learn and apply new skills and /or techniques to respond to the business needsKnowledge of full service call center programs an assetMinimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements:
  • Ability to interpret financial data and manage a budget
  • Strong customer/client management background
  • Exceptional project management skills with experience in organizing, planning and executing projects from vision through implementation
  • Good Analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills with demonstrated track record in new concept development for various projects
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks along a parallel process
