- Serve as the primary support resource for SAP Manufacturing (PP), Enterprise Asset Management (PM), and Contract-to-Billing (SD) modules within SAP S/4HANA.
- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Production Planning and related operational processes, ensuring smooth integration with other SAP modules and technical areas, including Fiori, ABAP, Security, and Reporting.
- Analyze business requirements, perform fit/gap assessments, configure applications, and prepare functional specifications that align SAP capabilities with business needs.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance SAP functionality, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage security access requirements and ensure compliance with corporate policies, leveraging SAP tools and governance frameworks.
- Utilize project management principles to optimize resources and deliver timely, effective solutions that meet business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business process owners and IT teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to support change management and adoption of SAP solutions.
- Translate technical solutions into business-friendly language, enabling informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Post-secondary education in IT, Business, or related field is an asset.
- 8+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Analyst, including 3+ full lifecycle implementations.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA modules, including PP, SD, PM, and integration with MM, FI, and SCM.
- Familiarity with Fiori, ABAP, reporting tools, and security frameworks is an asset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative approach.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
