If you are looking for a stylish and modern work environment, join the inspiring team of one of the largest hotels in downtown Montreal.Reporting to the Front Desk Supervisors, the Front Desk Agent handles room reservations, welcomes guests upon arrival and throughout their stay, provides information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions, and processes guest payments.Job Description:Handle room reservationsCoordinate guest check-ins and check-outsPromote the hotel’s products and servicesProcess payments for services providedRespond to inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and activitiesCoordinate group arrivals and departuresManage incoming callsResolve guest complaints * Provide coverage for the night auditor as needed.Perform any other customer service-related tasks as requiredSkills:Ability to work effectively as part of a teamCapacity to work under pressure and handle diverse situationsFlexibility and availability for variable schedules, including night shiftsResourcefulness and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of local attractions and the city in generalStrong customer service orientationAbility to identify and meet guest needs * Demonstrate the ability to reconcile financial and revenue reports.Required qualifications:

College degree in hospitality, an asset
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
Advanced knowledge of hotel software applications such as Hotelo
Teamwork skills
