In this role, you'll help shape that system and enable teams around the world to move faster, align better, and deliver with confidencecore responsibilitiesRefine design system components for top-tier quality and accessibility, ensuring a seamless user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new components, fostering innovation and aligning design with industry trends.Lead the ongoing evolution of our design system by staying current with design trends, experimenting with patterns, and incorporating user feedback.Create detailed documentation for components, guidelines, and best practices, empowering the team and facilitating a collaborative design process.Support fellow designers in leveraging the design systemqualifications3+ years of experience in product design or user experience design, with a focus on iOS and design systems.Proven skills in all of the following: iOS Design, Human Interface Guidelines, Design Systems, User Centered Design Methodologies, and Digital Accessibility.A portfolio demonstrating your end-to-end design process that showcases your ability to create cohesive, accessible, and systematic solutions.Solid technical proficiency in Figma and ability to componentize UI elements for reusability.BA / BS degree UX/UI design, UCD, HCI, or related field of study, or equivalent experience.must havesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn't take yourself too seriously.additional notesImmigration support is potentially available for this role.compensation and benefits packagelululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $$105,800-$138,800 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
