Select People Solutions is working with a reputable construction client to find Journeyman Carpenters who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and thrive on seeing projects come together from the ground up. As a Journeyman Carpenter, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality construction projects. From framing and forming, you’ll bring strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety on every job site.What’s in it for You?

Hours:
  • Monday through Friday, daytime hours
Position Summary:
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to complete projects accurately
  • Perform framing, formwork, and general carpentry tasks
  • Ensure work is completed to code, quality standards, and project timelines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
  • Collaborate with site supervisors, trades, and team members
Required Qualifications:
  • Journeyman Carpenter certification (or Red Seal)
  • 3–5+ years of carpentry experience in construction environments
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and working in various site conditions
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience in commercial or industrial construction
  • Concrete forming and/or finishing experience
  • Leadership or mentorship experience on site
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and site compliance practices
