Job DescriptionAIM is currently seeking a motivated Housekeeping Attendant to join the Maintenance team at its Montréal‑East site. This is a full‑time, permanent position, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the workplace and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.What you will be responsible for :
  • Cleaning and maintaining work areas;
  • Cleaning washrooms and refilling sanitary product dispensers;
  • Cleaning and maintaining water fountains;
  • Cleaning rest and lunch areas (locker rooms, cafeteria, etc.);
  • Washing and maintaining floors;
  • Performing any other related duties.
QualificationsTo join our team :
  • You have a minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role;
  • You are able to work in an industrial environment that may be noisy and dusty;
  • You are comfortable wearing personal protective equipment (mask, earplugs, helmet, gloves, etc.);
  • You are in good physical condition and demonstrate resourcefulness;
  • You are detail‑oriented, punctual, and reliable, and you enjoy repetitive work;
  • You have a strong awareness of health and safety regulations and enjoy working as part of a team.
