We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Psychiatry Aide to support individuals with mental health needs in a clinical or residential setting. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of nursing or medical staff to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment and assist with daily care, behavioral support, and routine activities.Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with daily living activities, such as hygiene, meals, and mobility
- Monitor clients’ behavior and emotional state, and report changes to clinical staff
- Assist in implementing therapeutic care plans and activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and structured environment
- Provide crisis intervention support when needed
- Escort clients to appointments or supervised outings
- Document care, observations, and incidents accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance client well-being
