- Work as primary point of contact for IT Support Help Desk.
- Troubleshoot and repair end user computer systems. This includes hardware support, new system setup, and new user setup or user changes to existing computer systems.
- Troubleshoot and support resort systems (RTP, SMS and Profitek)
- IT system implementation and maintenance via Mobile Device Management, Windows Deployment Toolkit and Microsoft Service Update Services.
- Administer and contribute to IT knowledge base.
- Supporting Systems Administrator with all tasks including network equipment configuration and installation, database maintenance and troubleshooting, server updates, and network monitoring.
- Oversee small scale IT projects, including capital projects, from conception through to implementation.
- Provide technical expertise for IT and inter-departmental projects.
- 3-5 years of IT support experience in a corporate network environment.
- Experience with Windows, Windows Server, and Linux.
- Programming skills such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL, VBA, Powershell, NodeJS is a plus.
- Experience with VoIP telephone technology.
- Point of Sale system support experience for Retail, F&B and Lodging systems and payment processing an asset.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and work well with a diverse team of people.
