We are driven to deliver innovative solutions to help improve the profitability of our customers and farmer owners.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGIf you are passionate about grain marketing, building customer relationships, and understanding market trends, and interested in originating grain and delivering valueadded marketing solutions, then we can't wait to talk to you!We are looking for an InBranch Grain Originator who is eager to proactively work with producers, develop longterm relationships, and provide profitable grainmarketing strategies.Key responsibilities include:Originating grain from existing and prospective customers through strong relationship managementProviding timely market information, cash grain bids, and marketing plans to branch customersPurchasing grain deliveries and completing contracts, settlements, and related documentationWorking closely with the branch team, carriers, and facility personnel to coordinate deliveriesSupporting branch marketing, customer experience, and advisory sales effortsSupporting the Agronomy Sales Team with counter and phone sales, order entry, field plans, delivery/blend tickets, soil sampling coordination, and grower support within Agvance.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLECollege diploma or university degree in agriculture, business, or a related field-or equivalent experienceKnowledge of grain markets (corn, soybeans, wheat) and grainmarketing strategiesStrong customer focus with proven ability to build trust and longterm relationshipsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently while being a strong team playerProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Valid G driver's licenseWHAT WE BRING TO THE TABLEWe value relationships and people first and foremost.We are a company that gives back to the community.We emphasize sustainability practices and stewardship of our resources.We provide access to in-house training and leadership development opportunities.We ensure that employee health and wellness matters to us!We offer a robust benefits package including, Company-paid health and dental premiums, an RRSP matching program and generous Paid Time Off (full-time positions only).Performance bonuses/ Profit Sharing.WHAT YOU DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT USCentral Ontario FS is a retail division of GROWMARK, INC. serves local producers across Central and Southern Ontario.
