We are looking for an experienced and reliable Bar Supervisor to oversee bar operations, monitor bartending staff, and ensure excellent service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and support bartending staff to ensure smooth, efficient bar operations.Maintain high service standards and ensure all beverages are prepared and presented correctly.Train, guide, and monitor bartenders to maintain consistency and professionalism.Manage inventory: track levels, conduct counts, rotate stock, and ensure correct event pulls.Ensure bars are properly set up, stocked, and organized for each event.Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and proper storage practices.Communicate effectively with staff and management to support event needs.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of bar supervisory or lead bartender experience.Strong leadership skills with the ability to monitor, coach, and hold staff accountable.Solid knowledge of beverages, service standards, and bar operations.Experience with inventory management and ordering.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours.Smart Serve Certification required.Why Join MCC?Work in a respected, high-volume event venue.Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth.Competitive compensation.If you are an experienced bar lead with strong staff-supervision skills, we encourage you to apply.
