- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.
- Generate detailed financial reports using NetSuite and Crystal Reports to support decision-making.
- Oversee budget preparation and monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Conduct cash flow analysis and forecasting to maintain financial stability.
- Assist in tax compliance and reporting, including U.S. tax requirements and payroll management.
- Collaborate with the Controller to streamline payment processes and handle invoices efficiently.
- Support the development and implementation of financial planning strategies.
- Coordinate with external distributors and vendors to maintain accurate pricing and transaction records.
- Provide insights on top-performing products and customer purchasing trends based on data analysis.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software systems, including NetSuite and Crystal Reports.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, payroll, and budget processes.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including cash flow forecasting.
- Familiarity with U.S. tax regulations and compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret detailed financial reports.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
