
Integrations Project Coordinator

- Travel to customer sites up to 25% of the time
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information for integration projects
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes within the integration team
- Act as a project lead for customers during integration meetings, as needed.
- Liaise with clients and third parties to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
- Analyze risks and opportunities
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Ensure standards and requirements are met
- Valid US Visa to travel to the US without any restrictions (MUST)
- Tuesday and Thursday are mandatory in-office days
- Excellent communication and consultative skills; able to build strong relationships with business users, team members and service providers
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience implementing on premise or cloud based enterprise software, multi-site software solutions is an asset
- Knowledge of software development methodologies including waterfall and agile is an asset
- Able to manage a change management process – effectively communicates project changes, builds commitment and overcomes resistance, prepares and supports those affected by change
- Proven track record of working with different functional groups to drive the creation and usage of business systems and processes in a rapidly growing environment
