- 10 years of relevant experience leading sales and delivering innovative, practical strategies that align employee priorities with business strategy.
- Proven experience managing and delivering organizational transformation and change management projects in one or more of the following areas: total rewards programs, mergers and acquisitions, the future of work, wellbeing, and corporate culture.
- Strong ability to influence senior leaders and work with them, as well as with all levels across an organization.
- Experience in organizational and cultural change or transformation; implementing employee listening strategies; providing advisory services; and designing human capital strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage an understanding of human behavior to influence and close sales, and to structure and deliver highly effective strategies.
- Strong executive presence and well-established facilitation and written and verbal communication skills, combined with creativity and technical expertise.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, lead teams, and generate revenue (global experience preferred).
- Experience managing multi-dimensional projects and people simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
- Proven ability to identify and analyze problem areas, work as part of a team, and draw on resources from other related areas to meet client needs.
- Ability to draw conclusions and identify trends in data in a logical, systematic manner.

- Consulting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in management, psychology, science, arts, or equivalent.
- A master's degree is an asset.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, or CMI) is an asset.
- This position is based in the Montreal office and the work is primarily conducted in French; therefore, excellent command of French, both spoken and written, is required to produce professional-quality documents and to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
