In this role, you'll apply your expertise to regional road projects, ensuring safe, sustainable, and efficient solutions that connect communities and drive economic growth.Your Impact
- Lead and deliver regional road construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with design standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, managing contractors and ensuring quality workmanship.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate innovative solutions that enhance road safety and longevity.
- Monitor budgets and schedules, proactively addressing risks and maintaining project timelines.
- Champion sustainability, applying best practices to minimise environmental impact during construction.
- Proven experience managing road construction or civil infrastructure projects, ideally in Alberta.
- Strong knowledge of Alberta Transportation standards and municipal guidelines.
- Comfortable working on-site with a focus on health and safety compliance.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
