- Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including new hire documentation and IT/equipment setup.
- Oversee offboarding procedures, ensuring smooth transitions, completion of exit documentation, and system deactivation.
- Data & Reporting:
- Generate and analyze P&C reports and dashboards using Excel and HRIS tools.
- Translate data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Talent Development & Employee Programs:
- Support key initiatives, including performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, and other people programs.
- Develop and maintain a central repository of training materials, guides, and resources for employees.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing talent development initiatives.
- Recruitment:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Prepare employment contracts, and onboarding materials for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
- Serve as a point of contact for applicants, providing timely updates and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Employee Support & Communication:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring a positive and supportive employee experience.
- Develop and enhance materials and resources for P&C initiatives.
- General Support & Special Projects:
- Provide administrative support for various people functions, including documentation, compliance tracking, and process improvements.
- Support additional projects and initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a P&C Coordinator or similar role.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proven interpersonal skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
