As a Production Coordinator, you will report to the Head of Product, and you will support and partner with the Development Manager in Stockholm to ensure smooth operations across the team. You will work out of the EA Vancouver (Burnaby) office and we support flexible work arrangements.ResponsibilitiesYou will support the broader Tech Growth team and provide site support for our west coast studio locations. For example:You will manage purchasing for North America.You will manage external vendors and suppliers within our system.You will help onboarding new hires with account and equipment setups.You will coordinate gifts for staff life events.You will organise team events for both business and team culture.You will also provide support for some of the team's leaders, including calendar management, travel arrangement and expense reporting.QualificationsYou have 2+ years of administrative experience in an environment where creative, business and technical professionals succeed.You are an experienced user of corporate communication and organisation tools with advanced knowledge creating and manipulating spreadsheets, formatting, and creating forms.You have a desire to take ownership, be responsible and find solutions.You can demonstrate excellent customer service.BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThe base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations.
