Structure: Contract 12 months

- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project governance artifacts including charters, integrated plans, RAID logs, schedules, financial tracking, and executive reporting materials.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive collaboration to ensure successful execution, UAT readiness, go-live, and transition activities.
- Monitor project performance, manage risks and dependencies, and support continuous improvement through post-implementation reviews and process enhancements.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering projects within SDLC and Agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance practices, and tools, with certification from Project Management Institute (PMP) or PRINCE2 preferred.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office and related platforms.
- Experience delivering data platform or modernization initiatives (e.g., Databricks, data migration) and working in public sector environments considered assets, along with eligibility for security clearance.
