Proud to share that the WSP in Canada Rail & Transit team achieved 1st place for “Great Company to Work for in Canadian Rail” at the inaugural TRACCS Transit & Rail Association Awards.As a Project Coordinator, you will support the execution of complex rail and transit projects, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery across multidisciplinary teams.Your Impact
  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables to keep initiatives on track and aligned with client expectations.
  • Support project managers with documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements across major transit programs.
  • Facilitate communication between engineering, design, and construction teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, budgets, and resource plans for upcoming rail and transit work.
  • Contribute to quality assurance processes and maintain accurate project records for audits and stakeholder reviews.
The Skills That Set You Apart
  • University degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination within transportation, infrastructure, or engineering environments.
  • Familiarity with rail and transit projects, including understanding of railway infrastructure systems and components.
  • Experience with project planning, risk management, cost tracking, and schedule management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering projects that improve mobility and sustainability for communities.
