Proud to share that the WSP in Canada Rail & Transit team achieved 1st place for “Great Company to Work for in Canadian Rail” at the inaugural TRACCS Transit & Rail Association Awards.As a Project Coordinator, you will support the execution of complex rail and transit projects, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery across multidisciplinary teams.Your Impact
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables to keep initiatives on track and aligned with client expectations.
- Support project managers with documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements across major transit programs.
- Facilitate communication between engineering, design, and construction teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Assist in preparing proposals, budgets, and resource plans for upcoming rail and transit work.
- Contribute to quality assurance processes and maintain accurate project records for audits and stakeholder reviews.
- University degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management.
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination within transportation, infrastructure, or engineering environments.
- Familiarity with rail and transit projects, including understanding of railway infrastructure systems and components.
- Experience with project planning, risk management, cost tracking, and schedule management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

MB & ON: $63,600 - $87,500
