We provide all the training you need to succeed in this exciting and evolving role.We provide access to company vehicles, additional sales bonuses and incentives, and a comprehensive sales training program designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed for success from day one.Join our sales team in Kelowna B.C. today!Essential Responsibilities:Lead a team of 5-8 Sales Account Coordinators in selling innovative telecommunication solutions to residential customersOversee daily team activities, including organizing sales routes, verifying home counts, and ensuring data accuracyActively engage in sales while supporting and guiding your team to achieve individual and collective targetsParticipate in the hiring process for new Sales Account CoordinatorsCoach, train, and manage team performance, including conducting performance reviewsServe as the primary contact for customer escalationsCommunicate effectively about the telecommunications network built within the communityAssist team members in helping customers understand costs, impacts, and product benefitsConsolidate and report on team progress, updates, and sales data to senior managementSupport the semi-annual and annual performance review process for LTSQualifications:2-5 years of direct sales experience with strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, including leadership experienceProven skills in recruiting, training, and motivating sales staffTrack record of exceeding sales targets in challenging environmentsEnergetic, driven, and positive personality with a high level of integrityExceptional multitasking and pressure-handling abilitiesStrong interpersonal and listening skills with a competitive team backgroundExcellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills with clients and co-workersThrive in goal-oriented, high-pressure situationsWork Conditions:Flexible schedule required, including evenings and weekends; regular shift is Tuesday-SaturdaySalary plus commissionSome travel may be requiredAdditional InformationLedcor Technical Services (LTS) designs, builds, and maintains wireline or wireless networks that span North America and beyond.
