- Maintain the safety, health and environmental standards of the plant
- Cut, pack and prepare dry ice orders for different segments of Dry Ice markets
- Load trailers and ship dry ice directly to branches or customers
- Keeping floor, warehouse and shipping bins clean
- Prepare shipping documents
- Operate a forklift and pallet jack
- Meet established standards for productivity and quality
- Operate, monitor and control the various dry-ice processes, dry ice press, and nugget machines
- Provide routine & preventative maintenance and services to the processes and the equipment
- Willing to work overtime as needed to meet peak product demands
- Flexible schedule as the schedule and shifts may change with 48 hours’ notice
- Ability to lift up to a maximum of 50 pounds repetitively
- At least one year of experience working in an industrial environment
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations
- Comfortable using computers and data entry systems
- Mechanical aptitude
- Capable of performing the physical demands of the job
- Accurate and detail oriented
- A team player who is able to work within tight deadlines
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- First Aid and Forklift Operation Certifications considered an asset
