- The Project Candidateager will be responsible for leading and facilitating strategic plans and priorities aligned to departmental vision.
- This includes managing stakeholder engagement, risk management, change management, documentation, approvals, and successful delivery of projects involving financial transactions, court fee collections, ticket and fine payments, and reconciliation functions.
- The role will also support operational efficiency for judicial clerks, finance and treasury staff, and IT administrators.
- University degree in business, management, or a related discipline and four years of related experience; OR two-year diploma in business, management, or a related discipline and six years of related experience; OR one-year certificate in business, management, or a related discipline and seven years of related experience.
- Ability to obtain Criminal Records Check and Enhanced Security Clearance, including credit check. Minimum of three years continuous residency in Canada or the United States.
- Experience assisting clients to execute strategies with technology, process, organizational design, and IT operations.
- Experience conducting, facilitating, and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios.
- Experience developing and delivering communications and presentations at multiple organizational levels.
- Experience building and maintaining positive relationships across the organization from staff to executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design creative solutions.
- Proficiency in business writing, communication, and documentation.
- Experience with change management.
- Knowledge of information management concepts, privacy, and security issues relating to ATIA and POPA.
- Experience developing communications plans.
- Experience working with system stakeholders in the development and maintenance of IT applications.
- 5 years assisting clients with strategies involving technology, process, and organizational design.
- 5 years conducting risk assessments and analysis across multiple scenarios.
- 5 years developing executive-level communications and presentations.

- Document project backgrounds, descriptions, risks, alternatives, cost-benefit analyses, and recommendations.
- Provide quality assurance of project documentation. Identify and manage risks and issues.
- Coordinate approvals and stakeholder communications.
- Track and monitor project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop project schedules, resource estimates, and work plans.
- Provide direction to cross-functional teams.
- Analyze and report on project progress to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sponsors to assess project outcomes and improvements.
- Ensure client satisfaction and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Develop project organization structures, roles, and responsibilities.
- Document and report project status against objectives and milestones.
- Experience at the senior management level in a comparable organization.
- Experience creating flowcharts, process flows, data flows, organizational charts, SWOT analysis, roadmaps, RACI matrices, and wireframes.
- Experience evaluating policies, programs, and initiatives using program development principles.
- Leadership and facilitation experience.
- Project management experience in organizations of similar size and complexity.
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative cost-benefit analysis.
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives or delivery programs.
- Experience leading large-scale technology change.
- Experience with financial reporting and modeling.
- Experience with government planning and budgeting processes.
- Knowledge of systems development methodologies and application development life cycles.
- Experience developing business cases for strategic and technology initiatives.
- Experience developing information management policies, standards, and practices.
