- Coordinate and manage utility locates and utility-related activities across multiple projects
- Support project delivery through scheduling updates, progress reporting, and risk assessment
- Assist with change management, including change notices, scope tracking, and project documentation
- Support contract administration, pricing, and procurement of utility-related subcontractors
- Promote health and safety compliance by maintaining safety records, supporting the PSSP, and monitoring HSE performance
- Education: Trade Certification or Technical Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience: 4+ years of project coordination experience, with prior utilities coordination on a heavy rail or transit project preferred
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling/project management software
- Salary Range $75,000 to $95,000 per annum
- Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
