- Perform waterproofing installations, repairs, and maintenance on various structures, including basements, foundations, and exterior surfaces.
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine the scope of work and recommend suitable solutions.
- Utilize a range of waterproofing materials and techniques, including sealants, membranes, and coatings.
- Operate equipment and tools safely to complete waterproofing tasks.
- Work in close coordination with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within specified timelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

- Minimum of 3 years of waterproofing experience.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality work.
- Familiarity with various waterproofing materials and techniques.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and maintain physical fitness for the job.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
