Posting transactions
Auditing and reviewing vendor profiles
General account receivables/payables tasks
Answer and direct incoming calls
Receive and process courier deliveries
Assist with any other accounting and administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
Must be willing to change tasks as work requirements evolve
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
Capable of using a computer with Microsoft Office programs
Attention to detail and accuracy are important
Work with others in a professional manner
Previous experience with Simply Accounting and QuickBooks
Must have a strong understanding of Canadian Accounting principles
At least 2 years of accounting experience
Our client offers:
Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
NO WEEKENDS!
Pay is $20-$25 per hour based on experience
