The CSR role will involve administrativesupport as required by the Supervisor and/or Manager.PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer Service - Execute valued customer/supplier interactions through phone or email communication.Escalate as needed to Account Representative for appropriate resolution.On-Time Delivery - Track shipments in excel and Transportation Management System (TMS).Expedite shipments as necessary by discussing with customers/ suppliers and Account Reps to ensure delivery will meet requested delivery date and updating databases accordingly.Processing and tracking of KD Container shipments to Honda Motor, Japan, for Honda of Canada Manufacturing.Documentation - Prepare customs paperwork for broker and ensure compliance with customs clearance using CERS application as required.Generate reports for Customs Specialists and process Courier Shipments within System. Daily, complete customs spreadsheets daily, locating information as required to ensure efficient month-end closing.Administrative Processing – Weekly invoicing including set up of sales orders, purchase orders and billing documents within SAP.
