Contribute to the continuing growth of a strong and highly successful design team. Collaborate with other designers to ensure consistency across experiences. Communicate, document, and represent design direction to team members, senior management and key stakeholders. Ensure the experience vision is driven by a well-defined nucleus of user needs, tasks, marketing and business requirements. Work with design, development and program management teams to ensure interaction and visual designs communicate and function successfully for varying technical and performance specifications. Work with user researchers to coordinate testing efforts, interpret test results, and incorporate results into design efforts. Effectively communicate with developers through implementation phase to realize design vision.​ Embody our culture and values. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems). 2+ years experience shipping products, services, or games and/or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process. Extensive experience with complexi end to end enterprise thinking. Experience working in tight collaboration with Design and product managers. Proven ability to solve complex design problems across the full design spectrum, including information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design. Strong design leadership skills, with experience guiding work from concept through execution. Ability to think both conceptually and strategically about the end-to-end user experience. Highly collaborative partner who thrives working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research. Comfortable operating at multiple levels of fidelity and abstraction, adapting approach based on problem space and stage. Passion for building thoughtful, intuitive, and user-centered experiences.
